Columbia Tri Registration Opens Jan. 20
Corrigan Sports is excited to be working with the Ulman Cancer Fund on this year’s triathlon events. As announced earlier, CSE will lead the organization and execution of the two races and Ulman Cancer Fund will continue to benefit from funds raised to impact the lives of young adults and their loved ones affected by cancer.
The partnership will help the organizers to expand participation in the races, position them as world-class events and continue the great sports tradition within the region. Ulman Cancer Fund has enjoyed a strong relationship with CSE for more than 10 years, working together on the organization’s fundraising platforms.
Not much will change in the first year as we learn more about the event but we will be adding some CSE touches to make the event the best it can be. We have already lined up some great partnerships with sponsors such as Nava Health & Vitality Center and Columbia Association that will immediately benefit the participants as they continue to train and get ready for event day. These details and others will be announced in the coming weeks.
One change you can look for is a new website. We will be launching trimaryland.com on January 20 for registration and to provide all the pertinent information that participants will need about both the Columbia Triathlon and the Iron Girl Triathlon. This launch will coincide with the opening of registration for the Columbia Triathlon. Event day for the Columbia Tri is May 21, 2017.
Again, we are excited and honored to be involved in these great events and look forward to growing them along side of UCF and each of the participants.
Prior to the website launch, you can find basic event information at UCFRaces.com and send any questions or concerns to [email protected]
